These terms cover your enrollment in the Psychic Detection Mentorship 2027 (the "Mentorship"), offered by Kelly Kristin / Third Eye Sleuth ("I," "me," "Third Eye Sleuth"). When you check the box at checkout and complete your purchase, you're agreeing to them. Please read them before you enroll.
Eight live Sundays on Zoom, January 10 to February 28, 2027, 9:00 to 12:00 Pacific. Every session is recorded. Enrollment includes access to the Squad Room (your cohort's private community space), the field sheets and score sheets, and the recordings. Founding enrollees also receive the founding bonuses listed on the enrollment page at the time of purchase.
If I have to move a session because of illness, an emergency, or a technical failure, I'll give you as much notice as I can and reschedule it. A rescheduled session isn't grounds for a refund.
You can pay in full, or on a payment plan: the number of monthly payments shown at checkout (4 payments for founding members who enroll by October 31), charged automatically to the card you enter at checkout. The first payment is charged the day you enroll, and the rest are charged on the same date each month after that. The plan ends after the final payment. By choosing a plan, you authorize all of those charges.
The payment plan is a commitment to the full program price. It isn't a month-to-month subscription, and you can't cancel it partway to lower what you owe.
If a payment fails, I'll let you know so you can update your card. Until your account is caught up, your access to live classes, recordings, and the Squad Room is paused. The full program balance is still owed, whether or not you keep attending.
All sales are final. Seats are limited and your spot is held for you the moment you enroll, so I don't offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits. That applies whether you pay in full or on the plan, and whether or not you attend. If you have a question before you buy, email me first. I'm happy to help you decide.
Please contact me before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback filed for a purchase covered by these terms may end your access to the Mentorship.

The recordings, field sheets, score sheets, case files, and all other Mentorship materials belong to Third Eye Sleuth. They're for your own learning. You may not copy, sell, post, or teach from them without my written permission.
We work with real cases and real families. What's shared in class and in the Squad Room stays there. That includes case details, other students' readings, and anything personal a classmate shares.
Do not contact families, witnesses, law enforcement, or anyone else connected to a case we study, and do not post about a case or share your impressions of it publicly, unless I've told you in writing that it's okay.
The Squad Room and live classes are a respectful space. I may remove anyone who harasses others, shares confidential material, or disrupts the group. Removal for conduct doesn't come with a refund, and any remaining plan payments are still owed.
This is education in psychic and intuitive development. Your results depend on your own practice, and I can't guarantee any particular outcome, ability, or accuracy. Nothing in the Mentorship is legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice, and completing it doesn't make you a licensed investigator or give you any authority in a law enforcement matter.
Some of the material involves difficult subjects, including missing persons, violence, and death. Take care of yourself, step away when you need to, and reach out to me if something is hard to sit with.
Live sessions are recorded and shared with the cohort. If you'd rather not appear on camera, you can turn your video off and change your display name.
You take part in the Mentorship at your own discretion. To the extent the law allows, Third Eye Sleuth isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the Mentorship, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. I may update these terms for future enrollments; the version in place when you purchased applies to your enrollment.

If I have to cancel the rest of the mentorship and can't reschedule it, you'll receive a prorated refund for the sessions that didn't take place. If you're on a payment plan, any remaining payments will be canceled, and anything you paid beyond the sessions held will be refunded.

If one of these interrupts a session, I'll reschedule it or share a recording as soon as I can.
